Removal of Items Purchased:
All items must be paid for in full, before attempting to pickup or ship them. A PRINTED "PAID" Invoice is required in order to move any items, purchased. You are responsible for any disassembly, wrapping, packing, loading, and securing your items.
Pickup: Pickup is available daily, July 23rd - 30th BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. (with the exception of Sky Ropes Course, Lasertag System, Rock Climbing Walls, Bowling Lanes. We may be able to secure an extended time for removal, contact us via email @ Auction@BidderBros.com to discuss potential extension.)
Your appointment will be setup via the LINK TO THE ONLINE Scheduler which will be in your invoice email.
Shipping / Handling: IF you plan on having your items shipped, YOU MUST make all shipping arrangements and payment of shipping charges DIRECTLY with your shipping agent/company.
We do NOT disassemble, load, palletize, NOR crate items for shipping. Make sure you make those arrangements with your shipper directly.
Nationwide Shipping Available via BELTMANN LOGISTICS:
We have used BELTMANN LOGISTICS for decades, and can refer you to them for a quote. Simply email them at COINOP@BELTMANN.COM with your contact info/shipping info and Item information. IF you are using them for your items, Please send us an email to Auction@BidderBros.com so we can coordinate the pickup appointment with them. Though we will coordinate schedules with them, YOU as a buyer, must arrange your shipment with them and pay them for their services directly.
