When you register, you provide a credit/debit card for verification.
If you are a winning bidder, Best Bid Sales will automatically charge the card on file for the full invoice total (including Buyers Premium and sales tax), then send a settlement receipt including pickup details to the registered email for your account.
Removal:
Once auction is complete, we will email your receipt or invoice. We will also send a text with the scheduling link to the primary number on your account, and request you respond by clicking the scheduling link and let us know what pick-up day and time you plan to arrive. We will confirm and ensure your items are ready for pick-up at that time.
All buyers must have a paid receipt from Best Bid Sales at time of pickup.
We not responsible for removal.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND NO ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR SHIPPING OR LATE PICKUP, WE WILL MARK THE ITEMS FORFEITED AND DISPOSE OF OR RE-SELL THE LOTS.
If there are issues processing the card on file, we will send an invoice instead of the receipt. Click the link provided and you will be able to pay with a different card.
Please let us know in your registration note if there needs to be other payment arrangements made.
If we have not received payment by the last day of pick-up and no alternate arrangements are made, this will be noted and may result in a ban from future bidding.
