* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have NOT examined the items to their satisfaction, and that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
*These units are sold as non-runners. No keys. No official bill of sale provided from auction until an inspection slip is provided.
* Please keep in mind a $10 lien search fee per vehicle & 15% sales tax will be added to each item.
* A $100 deposit is required prior to 12noon Monday May 27th in order to have your bids accepted
* Payments accepted: EMT to auctioncenter@nfld.net (password auction), Credit card over the phone, certified cheque or Cash, Debit/Credit at our office 9-4:30 Monday-Friday.
*Please note auction registration will close at 1pm Monday May 27th
* Please note we DO NOT ship items.
*We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
*All purchased vehicles must be towed or carried by flatbed from the City Municipal Yard
*All vehicles to be removed May 27th except in the case of multi vehiclular sale where pick up can be extended up to 7 days
