1.) All items are sold as is , where is. However, We offer a reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. 2.) Bidder agrees that any bid placed will be honored as a contract and the credit card that you registered with will be chaged by Antique Finder Services at the end of the sale. If this is not available, we will send a self pay invoice that must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. It is the responsibility of the bidder that the card registered be able to complete the sale, or call us with an alternate means of payment within 24 hours of end of sale. 3.) Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 20% 4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice. Any shortages, you will still be liable for. 5.) Shipping will take place within 15 days of cleared payment. Tracking will be emailed to the bidders email. We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather or press of business for the USPS or pick up delays. 6.) All items will be described in detail and have at least 1 high resolution image for you to base your valuation on. We do not control the price of the item, and cannot accept returns, unless not as described. Example... you purchased an item and the incorrect item was sent to you. There is no melt value to these flakes and they are Not for precious metal investment. These Gold Flakes are NOT edible gold leaf. Gold Leaf Scrap = Gold leaf cuttings from the abive mentioned product Alluvial Gold= Gold from natural earth mining via sreams or rocks Natural = From the earth with accepted treatments to bring out value and vibrance Electronically Tested = Means that the item will need to be further evaluated to confirm whether it is natural or man made.
