All sales are as is, where is. No Warranty, it is not wise to bid without inspecting the items. Please make arrangements to inspect before bidding. The Auctioneer takes great care to ensure that descriptions are correct, but no warranty or guarantee is made as to the description, quantity, or quality of the items sold. Serial numbers, mileage, hour readings, and year models are not guaranteed. If items are listed as cranks and runs, a battery may be required. Once an item is declared sold, it becomes the property of the buyer. The Auctioneer takes care to safeguard your merchandise, but The Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for theft, damage, or accidents. You must make arrangements to pick up your item as instructed or your bidding privilege shall be revoked. All online-only auctions begin closing at 2 PM Central Standard time, day of the auction. We do have a soft close option and when implemented it allows for lots to extend for two minutes in the event that a lot is bid on, and will continue to be extended until the last bid comes in. If you can't watch the computer at closing time, we recommend that you take advantage of the maximum bid feature. Just enter the maximum price you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically do the bidding for you, thus ensuring that you are still the high bidder up to your price. If you are outbid, the program will email you immediately. Please make sure your email is set to receive mail from office@hacauction.com. Some computers may pick it up as junk email. All live pre-bidding closes the day preceding the live auction. The high internet bid becomes the opening bid at the live auction. You will be notified by email within 24hrs if your internet bid remained the high bid.
Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items. All tax-exempt buyers must download the appropriate state's tax-exempt form and email it to office@hacauction.com prior to the conclusion of the auction.
The Auctioneer is not responsible for bidder mistakes. Make sure you review your bid before submitting it. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any electronic or internet failures. Bidders or sellers will have no claim against The Auctioneer or any other party if internet service is interrupted for any reason causing problems with the ability to bid.
Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all purchases. A 3% card processing fee will be added for payments made by credit/debit cards. All items must be paid for and picked up within 5 days from the close of the sale. Any invoices left unpaid will be processed for payment with the card on file. Any items left past 30 days will be subject to resale.
