Bidders must be at least 18 years of age to participate or register in the auction. Any bidders participating or registering for the auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. All bidders must meet the Auction Co. qualifications to bid. Any bidder who is not in good standing with the Auction Co. may be disqualified or declined with such determination made by the Auction Co. in its sole and unlimited discretion, at any time prior to, during, or after the close of the auction. In an auction with reserve the auctioneer may withdraw the goods at any time until he announces completion of the sale. All property is sold AS IS, where is, with all faults , and neither the Auction Co. nor any consignor makes any warranties, representations, or guarantees either expressed or implied with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or as an assumption of liability. The Auction Co. also holds the right to terminate the purchase for any reason, even in the event the bidder was given notice that he/she is the high bidder and purchaser, the bidder agrees that the Auction Co. may terminate the purchase or agreement, in which case the Auction Co.'s only liability shall be the return of the highest bid amount the buyer paid with exception to any and all extra cost including but not limited to buyers premium and shipping. BUYERS PREMIUM: An 18% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100.00 on an auction with 18% buyer's premium, you will be charged a total of $118.00. We offer In House Shipping and Items will be shipped from our location in Delaware Ohio Fantastic Finds will generally ship within 15 days of payment. Items will be taken to the local USPS, UPS or FEDEX for packaging and delivery and The Buyer will be provided with a tracking number. Buyer shall assume all costs for said packaging and delivery. Fantastic Finds charges shipping & handling fees based on the size and weight of your order and your shipping location. Shipping charges can be expensive if you are having multiple lots shipped at once, or if you are bidding on large items. PLEASE BE ADVISED! NOT ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING DUE TO SIZE OR OTHER OBSTACLE. If the lot# is available for shipping, it will be marked SHIPPING AVAILABLE. If you bid and win an item/lot # that is not applicable for shipping, the item will not be shipped and you will be charged the amount of the winning bid. PAYMENT TERMS: All bidders must register to bid on our online auctions with a valid email address & credit card. Bidders will receive their winning bids & invoice amount due to the email used for registration. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup. Unless you have notified us to arrange shipping. If your have not picked up & paid for your items by the end of pick up day or paid for additional storage time your items will need to be shipped and You are responsible for applicable shipping charges. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON OUR SPECIFIED PICK UP DAY, Items may be paid for and held for 7 days for a storage fee of $15.00, this fee will be charged on your invoice. These items and storage fee must be paid for by the end of pickup day to be held. Items not picked up with the 7 day window will be considered abandoned and Fantastic Finds will dispose of these items at their discretion. PAYMENT METHOD: Fantastic Finds accepts CASH, DEBIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. For invoices items totalling $1500 or more, you can pay by cash or cashier's check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY FANTASTIC FINDS AND WILL DETERMINED ON AN INVIDUAL BASIS. NO OUT OF STATE PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. **ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY ITEMS CAN BE REMOVED. **UNPAID INVOICES FOR YOUR WINNINGS BIDS MAY RESULT IN LOST BIDDING PRIVILEDGES **ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE SPECIFIED PICK UP TIME, PAID FOR ITEMS MAY BE HELD FOR 7 DAYS OR SHIPPING MUST BE ARRANGED. Auction Co. may impose a storage fee and buyer agrees to pay the storage expense of $15 FOR 7 DAYS in the event the items are not removed from the premises. Buyer agrees that paying any and all outstanding balances with the Auction Co. does not in any way relinquish them from any late fees or storage charges in the event the item is failed to be removed within the announced time.
