Andreas & Associates will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. A 18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all items. As always, Your bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5. All invoices over $1500 will need to be settled using a wire transfer or cash, unless you are an existing, known customer. Invoices less than $1500 will be settled using the buyers credit card on file with HiBid. 18% buyers premium applies to all lots.
