This Auction will open for bidding on Saturday, January18th @ 12pm EST. It will remain open for almost 2 weeks for bidding until Thursday, January 30th @ 6pm EST. At that time Lot 1 will close and each lot will close every 20 seconds continuously after that until all items are sold. This auction is a SOFT CLOSE. Meaning If a item gets a bid in the last 1 minute, there is a 1 minute extension of bidding to allow a fair auction and avoid sniping. The highest bid wins in the end. Happy Bidding!

**PICKUP WILL ALWAYS BE THE FRIDAY & SATURDAY AFTER, 10-5 FRIDAY & 10-3 SATURDAY** You need just the email with your invoice, that is all. We will have a printed copy for you upon arrival for pickup. All items need to be picked up by Saturday Febuary 1st by 3pm. If you need extra time or help you MUST call 770-466-0748 and let us know.
**SHIPPING CAN BE ARRANGED ON ALL SMALL ITEMS**. NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE UNLESS YOU SEND A SHIPPER. WE TRY TO SHIP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IN HOUSE, BUT SOME ITEMS REQUIRE MORE ATTENTION AND WE USE A THIRD PARTY MAILER (PAKMAIL IN LAWRENCEVILLE).
