The auction will begin closing Friday October 25th at 7p.m.
All items won in the auction must be picked up onsite at the home on
Saturday October 26th 10am - 6pm &
Sunday October 27th 2pm - 6pm
preview appointments are available Friday October 25th 2-4 pm
There will be no Shipping for this auction.
Please bring your own help to load won items at pickup.
All items won must be paid for during pickup. You're card will not be charged automatically.
Due to insurance requirements we cannot assist in loading of items at this time. Please bring help to remove your won items.
Payment is due in full onsite via Cash or Card
All winning bidders will be sent an invoice at the end of the auction with pickup exact address. Address is in Windemere Estates off off Haig Mill Rd.
There is a 15% Buyers Premium on all online items.
All Non-Paying bidders will be reported to the collective auctioneers reporting site and banned from all future auctions & sales. If you cannot pay & pickup do not bid.
Whitfield County sales tax will apply 7%
