Terms and Conditions of Real Estate Sale 1. The property sold at the auction will be sold ?AS-IS, WHERE-IS.? The property is being sold without any warranties of any kind, regarding the physical property and the assets. 2. ALL SALES AT THE AUCTION ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM, ADDED TO THE HAMMER PRICE. 3. The bidder agrees that any suit or legal proceeding regarding the auction, will take place in the State of Florida, Orange County. Registration of the auction and any transactions from the auction, are enforceable by the State of Florida. 4. The bidder (and its agents) agree to hold harmless the auctioneer, the realtor, the broker, its employees, etc. from any loss, damages, etc. to the property or any items purchased at the auction. The release includes any acts of negligence or fault and/or the fault of others, including third parties. 5. The bidder agrees to personally guarantee payment of the successful hammer price that will be paid to the seller and the buyer?s premium of an additional 10% of the hammer price to the auctioneer. The bidder acknowledges that the closing of the property MUST take place on or prior to August 30, 2024.
