Auction Pickup Terms:
(Please note: If you are arranging for items to be shipped, the following does not apply.)
1. Appointment Required for Gated Community Access:
This auction is for a Whole House Estate located in the gated community of Timber Pine. You must have a scheduled appointment to gain entry through the guard gate. Punctuality is critical. If you are late, we cannot guarantee the guard gate will allow entry. Guards may request identification to grant access.
2. Scheduling Pickup Appointments:
All winning, paid bidders will receive a link to schedule an appointment, included with their paid invoice, at the close of the auction.
IMPORTANT: Appointments must be scheduled by Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Pickup dates and times: Friday, December 13, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
3. Emergency Pickup Arrangements:
In the event of an emergency, you must arrange for someone else to pick up your items during the designated dates and times.
The community's guard gate is difficult to navigate, necessitating strict adherence to these rules.
4. Binding Agreement:
By bidding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions, which were also agreed to during registration. All bids are legally binding.
