* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Please keep in mind 15% sales tax will be added to each item.
* Payments accepted: Cash, Debit/Credit at our office 9-4:30 Monday-Friday. Cheque with bank letter of credit addressed to Fitzpatrick's Auction.
* Please note we DO NOT ship items. All items are located at the Provincial Government Depot in Bay Roberts. Buyers are responsible for arrangement of transportation. This will be done through Fitzpatrick's Auction office.
*We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
*$500 refundable deposit is required to bid. This must be confirmed through our office by Friday 4pm July 26th.
