2) BID IN ADVANCE ANYTIME, LEAVE YOUR MAXIMUM BID TO MAKE SURE YOU WIN AS THE HIGHEST BIDDER!
"Bid in advance anytime, leave your maximum bid to make sure you win as the highest bidder" means that as a bidder, you have the option to place a maximum bid for an item before the auction begins or at any time during the auction. By doing so, you are instructing the auction platform to automatically bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid amount in increments against other bidders until either you win the item, or someone else's bid exceeds your maximum bid.
For example, let's say you see an item that you really want to buy at an auction. The current bid is $50, but you're willing to pay up to $100 for it. You can place a maximum bid of $100, and if there are no other bidders or if the bidding stays below $100, you'll win the item for the lowest possible price - $50. However, if someone else bids $75, the auction platform will automatically place a bid of $76 on your behalf. If the other bidder continues to increase their bid, the auction platform will keep bidding for you up to your maximum bid of $100.

Due to a recent surge in chargebacks on pick-up orders, we have had to reassess our payment policy to ensure the continued security and efficiency of our services. 6) The following shipping and handling options are available :
