Payment: Payment for purchased lots will be accepted by Laughlin Auctions Inc. at 116-A North High St. Edinburg, VA 22824 in form of cash/ check or credit card. This payment excludes the cash deposits which will be collected by Shenandoah Self Storage. Payments should be made promptly Tuesday, July 30th from 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Special Terms: A $200 **CASH ONLY** bidders deposit will be assessed and collected by Shenandoah Self Storage for each locker. Units must be emptied to satisfaction WITHIN 30 DAYS for return of deposit. Options to rent units for extra time will be handled between purchaser & Shenandoah Self Storage.
