1a HOW AUCTION CLOSE WORKS...
This auction features a soft-close. Not all items close at the same time. The auction is set to close at the rate of 2 items per minute. If an item receives a bid within the last 3 minutes, the closing time for that item will be extended. This allows our auction to function more like a live auction, and prevents "sniping" by allowing additional time to place another bid if you would like to do so.

This form can be found at: https://comptroller.texas.gov/forms/01-339.pdf Any sales tax charged after auction closes WILL NOT be refunded, and you will need to file a refund request with the State Comptroller's Office.
