Join us in Saint Charles for a sale offering a variety of household items. This smoke free split level home has lots on the main level, basement (no walkout), upstairs, backyard area, and in the shed & garage. Several lots require some stairs since the home is split level. We will have some help on pick up day but come prepared because we get very busy. Home did have pets at one time. Some items are dusty and/or need cleaning. We make no attempt to improve items. Items are used, most items show some wear and everything is sold as is. Be sure to check all pictures and read lot descriptions before bidding. Thank you. **PICK UP IS SUNDAY ONLY 1/5/25 from 10 AM to 2 PM** **WE WILL NOT BE BACK AFTER PICK UP - ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ARE FORFEITED****HOME IS BEING CLEANED OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PICK UP** Items not picked up are forfeited. We are not transporting lots or setting lots out for pick up later. You must pick up during the scheduled time. Home is getting cleaned out after pick up. Auction ends Saturday night and pick up is Sunday - Do not bid if you cannot pick up next day. Contact us asap BEFORE pick up ends to let us know if you're not coming or can't make it. Our goal is for all bidders to get their items but we cannot transport lots and hold them. Too many people take advantage of this and we simply can't keep up. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. REMINDER: Full address shown on winning invoice. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting fully cleaned out so all items must go. We cannot transport or set out lots. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. For alternative pick up options you must get approval BEFORE bidding. Thank you Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited.
