The Andrews Family successfully managed a christmas tree farm for years and have elected to enjoy other pursuits. As such, they are initiating the task of downsizing and are offering their possessions to the auction platform. This first installment of items will be sold out of the farm in Ashton, please plan to claim your winnings at the address that appears on the top of your invoice. The opportunities to inspect are before you bid and not after you have bought. All feedback questions related to items will be answered later in the week. **Pick up of winnings is IN ASHTON(NOT THE AUCTION HOUSE) on Tuesday NOV 5 and Wed NOV 6TH between 3-6PM. As an on location auction, we do not have the ability to accommodate alternate pick up times therefore anything not claimed by 6PM on Wedndesday NOV 6TH will be deemed willfully abandoned at buyers' expense. We will not be returning to this site after the 6TH so please make the necessary arrangements to ensure you get your treasures!! **Please come prepared to load any of your winnings are our staff are not permitted to do so.
