If no arrangements have been made, your items will be forfeited, and no refunds will be made. *ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS ARE CREDIT CARDS ONLY! ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE REMOVAL OF ANY ITEMS (Unless Prior Written Agreements have been made with Surplus 4 All). All payments must be made by Credit Card. A 15% Buyer’s Premium, 3% Processing Fee, and 10% Sales Tax will be applied to all items (lots). Sales Tax will be exempt with the submission of a valid seller’s permit. All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. No refunds, no adjustments. All purchases will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
