YOU WILL THEN BE EMAILED A "REVISED WITH SHIPPING" invoice with Shipping Service fees added including a $10 handling fee per package and Canada Post shipping costs (we assume buyer wants least expensive tracked option so if you want faster delivery/insurance, please specify). When you register to bid and click to accept button you are entering into a legal and binding agreement with Bidders Emporium. 1. All items in the online auction are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with faults. 2. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not a warranty. 3. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect items. 4. By placing a bid, the bidder is satisfied with the examination or description of items. 5. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion. 6. The bidder understands that 15% GST/HST Tax and a 15% Buyers Premium will be added to their invoice. 7. All invoices are emailed to winning bidders within 8 hours of the auction's close with the details of pickup location, hours and payment options. 8. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR & PICKED UP BY 530PM THURSDAY THE WEEK OF THE AUCTION'S CLOSE. 9. Bidders who choose shipping understand that tracked shipping and handling charges in addition to applicable taxes will be added to their invoice and accept responsibility for the condition of their delivery. 10. THERE WILL BE A $5/DAY CHARGE ON ITEMS LEFT OVER MORE THEN 1 WEEK. iTEMS WILL BE DEFAULTED BACK TO BIDDERS EMPORIUM AFTER TWO WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND FUNDS PAID WILL NOT BE RETURNED

Payment Terms	Payment in CAD funds. Payments accepted: CASH, Debit, Credit Card and Pre-Paid Credit Card. Invoice totals include 15% GST/HST and a 15% Buyers Premium. We can take Credit Card payments over the phone. And we accept E-Transfer Payments. Etransfers may be sent to this email address admin@biddersemporium.com. I suggest using the 5-digit invoice number as the answer to the security question, but if not possible, just let us know what you do use.
