Description	NEMO Animal Auctions Mini Cow, Mini Donkey, Hay & Farm equipment Auction for Marla Sternke & Paul Kuhl. Online bidding begins 6 am CST July 25th and ends with a soft close beginning at 7pm CST July 28th. Soft close means time is added to the clock if bid is placed in the last 2 minutes. Lots will close 20 seconds apart. Reminder: All animals & Equipment must be picked up the week of August 3rd thru August 10th at 8041 County Road 402, Palmyra, MO. Your card on file with Hibid will be charged at close of auction. THERE IS NOT AN OPTION TO PAY AT PICK UP. There is a 8% buyer’s premium added to your winning bid. There is NO Longer a separate credit card transaction fee. Wire transfer transfer is available ($20 fee applies)

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will be invoiced after the auction closes, the winning bidders card on file will be charged the winning bid price and the buyers premium of 8% at the close of the auction. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT PICK UP. All invoiced winning bids must be paid for by Tuesday July 30th either by Credit card on file or with wire transfer. NO Exceptions. Please make sure the funds are available and card limit is available for your bid totals. If you need the option of a wire transfer notify us immediately and instructions will be sent to your email on file, there is a $20 fee for all wire transfers. All lots will be available for pick up at 8041 County Road 402, Palmyra, MO between August 3rd thru August 10th by calling +1 (573) 795-1504. Any Animal not picked up by August 10th will be forfeited. If you require health certificates for your state you must notify us at close of auction and one will be provide at additional cost of $25. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction your are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms & conditions. Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be no chargebacks or disputes of your winning bid purchases. All guarantees of description on each lot is between the buyer and the seller and the auction company is not liable for any representation or guarantee made by the seller. Please make sure all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with representation before you place your bid.

Pick up is at 8041 County Road 402, Palmyra Missouri. Pick up days are from August 3rd thru August 10th. YOU MUST CALL 573-795-1504 to arrange a time/day. All winning bidder must have items picked up by August 10th or you will forfeit your items.
