If you need to use a different card than what's on file, this allows you time to let us know. I can send a link via Global Payments so you can use whatever you'd like. All DECLINED cards must be rectified by the day of our locals pickup. If you cannot communicate with us and ultimately pay your bill, your account will be penalized and you'll be banned from our auctions. Other auctioneers do see this and your score. Pick up day is one day only. I can make exceptions, but this has to be scheduled via PHONE and BEFORE the ends of the sale. NOT in the notes to auctioneer as we wont see that until after the auction closes.
