All Internet Bidders shall be registered PRIOR to Auction Start Time, all online platforms give the bidder the capability of actively bidding or set your max bids. Canning Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to any and all Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Canning Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. ABSENTEE: We are also able to do bidding via phone PRIOR TO AUCTION DAY. Come view the equipment before 5pm on the Friday prior the auction and leave us the lot #, a starting bid and a maximum bid, an employee will be doing the bidding for you on the day of the Auction. We cannot have phone bids during the auction. REGARDLESS OF PLATFORM: You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction, you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionable, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. PLEASE NOTE EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE PAID FOR NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY JUNE 12th REGARDLESS IF EQUIPMENT IS BEING PICKED UP BY LAST PAYMENT DAY. Titles will be mailed to the buyer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is responsibility of the purchasers, Canning Auction does not offer shipping of equipment.
