Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 13% Buyer's Premium added to the high bid. Buyers must pay sales tax at the current rate of 4.75%, unless a retail sales license is on file. Resale tax license holders should email a copy to jthenry@sccoast.net. Payment & Invoicing: The credit card on file will be charged up to $500.00 for a nonrefundable deposit on auction items. The total invoice amount includes the bid price, buyer's premium, and applicable sales tax. Any remaining balance must be paid in full on pick-up day. Item Removal: After the auction, the auctioneer is not liable for damage, theft, breakage, etc. Items must be paid for in full before removal from the premises. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned, and JOHN T HENRY AUCTION CO., LLC reserves the right to resell them without notification to the original purchaser.
