The Beardsley Farm and Grass Auction will be sold in two tracts. No combination of the parcels will be offered. Tract #1 is 80 +/- acres, 37.09 acres tillable, 39.57 acres grass, one new electric well that pumps 75 gallons a minute ran by generator, partial new fence. Mineral rights pass with the land to the buyer. Taxes are $753.00 a year. Tract #2 is 150 +/- acres, 100.3 acres of tillable, 45.88 acres of grass, currently there is 68 +/- acres planted to wheat and buyer will get 2/3 of the wheat crop and harvest the crop, seller to get 1/3. One new solar well that pumps 20 gallons a minute and mIneral rights pass with the land to the buyer. Taxes are $1,140.00 a year.
