Live auction starts at 10 am day of sale. online bids will start as soon as possible but there will be no internet live bidding durring sale. all internet bids will be used as absentee bids durring live auction. If you are the high bidder on line you will be notified with in 24 hours or less. If you do not recieve notice then you were out bid by a live auction attendee.
All sales are final, internet biids will be considered absentee bids there will not be any internet live bidding for these items. No shipping available local pickup only.
If you are the high bidder on the internet and end up being the high bidder after the live auction you will be notified within 24 hours or less at that time you will need to pay for your item. If you fail to pickup your item within 7 days of auction item will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by landlord.
