They have been in Business in This Area for many Years and Servicing Many Other Business in Approximately 100 Mile Radius. The Owner(s) have decided its time to retire and pursue other interest. All of this Equipment is Excellent condition and any known defects are described in the Individual descriptions. I have never Sold a Better Line up of Tools & Equipment nor a Better Fleet of Work Vans/Trucks in my Career. We will be Posting the Physical Address on the Website on Monday January 20th (Auction is in Jonesville NC) TERMS: 10% Buyers Premium and NC Sales Tax Applies. Hall Auction & Realty will not Collect Sales Taxes on any Titled Vehicles-Those will be collected at the DMV when you Register the Particular Item. Payment is Due at The Conclusion of the Auction or on Pickup Day(s) by Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer Only...No Items will be released from the Auction without a Paid In Full Invoice. No Exceptions! There Will be a 25.00 Charge on any Credit Card Declines, Credit Cards will not be Charged on any Invoices Totaling more than 2000.00 Credit Cards Will not Be Accepted on Any Titled Vehicles, Mini Excavator, Tractor, or Trailers. Only Accepted Payments on these items are Cash, Bank Check, and Bank Wire Transfer. SALES TAX: We Will need a Copy of your Tax Certificate if you are exempt from paying Sales Taxes, NO EXCEPTIONS!
