January 20th, 2025 Joe Donovan Estate- Equipment, Tools, Shop items located in Illiopolis. All payments are to be made at Martin Auction Services in Clinton, IL prior to loading any items. Consigment items located in Clinton, Illinois. VARIOUS PICKUP LOCATIONS- please see the items location in the description. 15% Buyer premium per item for items up to $5,000.00. items selling for over $5000 have a 10% buyer premium. All bidders are responsibe for picking up their own items. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All items sell AS-IS- with no Warranty. We will have a loader in Illiopolis on Wednesday, January 22nd from 10 am until 3 pm. This is the only day you will have loader assistance. Anyone loading out after that will need to bring their own loading equipment. All payments are to be made in Clinton at Martin Auction prior to loadout.
