Auction Begins SOFT CLOSING: Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. est Auction PICKUP: There will be two auction pickup days. Friday, December 13, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. est. at the Shepherd Auctioneers LLC facility. We accept cash OR credit card upon pickup only. If you are paying with a card, you will be charged a 4% credit card fee. This auction will have a 10% Buyers Premium and 7% Sales Tax. Any items not picked up by Wednesday, December 18, 2024 will be considered abandoned. Items with nonpayment will be blocked from future auctions. Guns will be in posession of a licensed FFL dealer located in Tipton Indiana and available for pickup by appointment with that dealer. There will be a $20 fee PER GUN for paperwork payable to the dealer. IF buyer fails background check, the money paid for the gun to Shepherd Auctioneers LLC will be NONREFUNDABLE. Dealer information will be provided upon payment of item. IF you cannot pass a background check, please do not bid. To purchase a firearm, you must be an Indiana resident.
