Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 20 SECONDS until the auction is completed. This auction will feature extended bidding, meaning that if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the bidding will be extended an additional 3 minutes to ensure that all bidders have time to place their bids. This will continue until there is no bid for a 3-minute period. Do not wait till the last minute your internet speed may determine if bid is accepted. No Preview on Firearms all firearms will be stored at Sportsman Rod and Gun. TERMS: Local Checkout/payment pick up: ON Tuesday November 5th, 2024, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. All Items will be checked out/paid for at Lewis Auction Center 4691 Old Elizabethtown Road Hodgenville Kentucky 42748. Local Firearm purchases will be picked up Sportsman Rod and Gun, 3175 S. Dixie Highway at Sportsman Rod and Gun Elizabethtown KY. With your paid receipt a $25.00 transfer fee (paid to the gun shop directly) will be charged per firearm (serial number) purchased. Keep this in mind when bidding. All FFL rules will be followed NO REFUNDS do not bid if you are not eligible to buy a firearm. For Ammunition, and other non-FFL items. You will receive your item at time of payment (Must be 21 years old to pick up ammunition) Black Powder guns will be picked up at Lewis Auction Center however Lewis Auction Company does not have boxes or expertise to ship black powder weapons. Shipments: All Firearm, including black powder shipments, will be handled by Sportsman Rod and Gun at the expense of the buyer to an FFL dealer in your area a Transfer fee $25.00/packing fee $25.00 for a total of $50.00 (paid to the gun shop directly by the buyer) will be charged plus the actual postal/freight charges this is per serial number shipped. Have your FFL to email a copy of their license to onlinesales@lewisauction.com we will retain a copy for our records and forward a copy to the gun shop gun shop information will be furnished after payment. Other shipping: All Non-FFL shipping will be facilitated by Lewis Auction Company. Ammunition shipments will be facilitated by Lewis Auction Company through FedEX with an ORM-D special handling label attached. There will be a minimum charge of $15 per shipment to Lewis Auction company for packing and delivery to the FedEX store in addition to the actual shipping/freight charge billed to your HIBid Credit card on file. Other items will be shipped via USPS or Fed EX and a $10.00 parking fee will apply per invoice, plus actual postage charge. Credit cards will be charged prior to packing and shipping will show as an additional charge. Items we cannot ship may be delivered to UPS Store for pack and ship a $10.00 fee will apply for delivery to the UPS Store you will pay them direct for pack and ship. Keep in mind per FFL firearms must ship alone and cannot be shipped with ammo, and other accessories that did not come in the Firearm box at time of original purchase other than optics thar are mounted. Additional Terms: Credit Cards will be charged for any items not picked up paid for by 6 P.M. November 5th, 2024. If you are sales tax exempt, sales tax will be removed from invoices at checkout unless we have your tax number prior to invoices being created. 15% buyer's Premium will be added to all bids for Cash or good Check and local pickup. For Credit card transactions checkout will be provided through Hibid plus a 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card/Debit Card transactions.
