Open House location is 64428 Kildare Rd, Washington Twp, MI 48095. Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday Oct 24th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday Oct 25th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. All items designated for pick up must be paid for and picked up during these times without exception. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for the weekend following this auction. *** Note *** Some items in this auction can be shipped. Please see each lot to determine if it can be shipped. If buyer requires items to be shipped they must contact the auction company by 4:00pm on Friday Oct 25th. Invoices that require shipping will be charged to the card on file on file when buyer requests shipping. Items will be taken back to the Auction Company's Facility to be processed and shipped the following week of the auction. A second charge for shipping fees will be added to the card on file at that time. Shipping fees are actual shipping cost plus a $5.00 to $10.00 handling fee depnding on size of package and packing materials used. In some case costs may be higher in order to ship items safely and securely. For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday Oct 25th at 4:00pm. Pick up location is 64428 Kildare Rd, Washington Twp, MI 48095. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to.
