* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Please keep in mind 15% sales tax will be added to each item. * Payments accepted: Cash, debit, certified cheque or cheque with bank letter of credit addressed to Fitzpatrick's Auction. Payment is due immediately following the auction. * For online prchases payment must be made no later than 4pm Monday July 22ND. You may then also sent payment via wire transfer. *We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *Please secure your bids with a $500 refundable deposit through our office by 4pm Friday July 19th. * Please note we DO NOT ship items. * All items must be picked up at NL Hydro Yard in Bishops Falls
