Welcome to Lucky Auctions! WHAT TYPE OF AUCTION: This is a Timed, Online-Only Auction in Joliet, IL. NO shipping. No Drop-offs. Pick-up only. Bidding is now open. WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS: 33-foot 5th Wheel RV Trailer and Home filled with Furniture, Home Décor, Vintage Collectibles, Kitchen Items, Lawn and Garden. WHEN DOES IT END: The first lot will start CLOSING: Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 4:00 PM CT. (Lots will close every 10 seconds. If a bid is placed during the last minute, that lot will be extended 1 minute.) WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 617 Westnedge Rd, Joliet, IL 60435 (near the intersection of Black Rd & Springfield Ave). BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by cash, check or wire transfer. 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice. We do NOT automatically charge credit cards. WHAT DO I NEED AT PICK-UP: Winning bidders will need to bring their own labor to move heavier lots. Please read lot descriptions for location of heavier items. Lucky Auctions will not (cannot) move heavy items and will not provide moving labor. No exceptions. There is a moving dolly onsite, if needed. REMOVAL: This is a ONE-DAY pick-up schedule. Do NOT bid unless you can make the published pick-up day and time.
