We are selling in Online Auction the personal property of Byron and Delores Schwier.  This auction has Blue and White Stoneware pottery, refrigerator, freezers, stove, player piano, antiques, jewelry, Christmas decorations, clothing, linens and more.  Bidding will open June 23rd at 8:00 p.m.  Open House will be by appointment on July 1st from 2 - 4 pm.  Bidding will close on July 1st starting at 6:30 p.m. in soft close format.  Pick up items on July 3rd from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m.  We have done 7 auctions at this home site but there will not be a number 8, so YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON JULY 3RD.  Read shipping information, if that is going to be required.
