Welcome to our MJ’s Market in Belle Fourche Closeout Sale Previews on July 11th from 1pm to 6:30 pm and July 17th 3pm to 6pm at 105 Ziebach St Belle Fourche, SD 57717 What you need to know: We are hosting a closeout online auction sale of the property owned by MJ’s Market (J & M Market LLC). Businesses Welcome! Public is Welcome! Please Register with HiBid to place bids. We have a Facebook Event page set-up as well where you can get more information about the event, and we will post additional pictures and videos. The public will be welcome during the planned preview. Please do not trespass on the property. A member of the Auction must accompany you. Bidding on items will begin to end July 18th starting at 5 pm. Pickup: Friday July 19, 2024 at 9 AM to 3PM OR Saturday July 20th 10 am to 2 pm. Other: By appointment If an alternative pickup time is needed, please contact Molly to verify approval. This will not extend the payment terms. Large shelving fixtures will be given an automatic extension- see listings for details. In the event of inclement weather that prevents removal or, we will post to this auction page and the Facebook Event page if any changes occur to the pickup date or times. Payment Instructions: We will accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo (on-site), PayPal (on-site or by request). There will be no refund of these fees under any circumstances.
