PAYMENT: After the entire auction ends on Tuesday June 18th, Liberte Galleria will charge the credit card with which you registered. *NOTE: All out of state bidders with purchases over $500 for Jewelry, Coins or any collectibles may be asked to provide payment in certified funds.

Due to the nature of our auctions and to ensure the safety of our staff and items our auctions are SHIPPING ONLY! Our staff will gather your items and once they are moved to our shipping area from secured storage, you will receive notification.
Please be patient. We have 100's of packages to send out each week and a small staff. We try our best, however, to keep all costs low. Each package will have a flat $10 Shipping & Handling with Insurance for complete purchases of under $500 and all purchases over $500 will be a flat $15.00 shipping and handling fee with Insurance. YES a flat $10 or $15 Flat Shipping and Handling fee per buyer regardless of number of lots won! Please read all terms and conditions. Insurance exceeding $1000 worth of items will be billed accordingly by way of the carrier at their cost. Thank you!
*Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the number of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (EXAMPLE- "12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00.)

* Sales are only to the card holder/ registered buyer
* Shipments will only be sent to the cardholder's registered and verified address ONLY!!!

* Payment is due upon closing of the auction no exceptions! Billing will be made to the CC on file with HiBid unless arrangements have been made prior otherwise or the value exceeds $500 of total lots for new bidders unknown to us or out of state bidders and payment is then needed to be made by other means as stated in our conditions. An invoice will be sent to you once payment has been processed for your records.
Buyers Premium:
All sales are subject to a 15% Buyer's Premium;. Reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction terms & conditions, advertisements, flyers and catalogs. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.
* Bidding Increments
* All items will start at $5.00 at the beginning of online bidding. Increments will follow different schedules depending on the auction. Liberte Galleria reserves the right to lower or raise the bid increment at any time if there are no bids on items when the auction is closing. Liberte Galleria also reserves the right to change increments as an auction is closing if there is no active bidding, just like a live auction in the gallery.
