If a bid is placed during the last minute, that lot will be extended 1 minute.) WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Monday, June 17, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 1808 Charles St, Morris, IL 60450. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by cash, check or wire transfer. 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice. We do NOT automatically charge credit cards. WHAT DO I NEED AT PICK-UP: All of the items are located on the ground floor. Bring your own labor (muscle) to load larger, heavier items. Lucky Auctions Staff will not (cannot) move heavy items. No exceptions. We will have a moving dolly available, if needed. REMOVAL: This is a ONE-DAY pick-up schedule due to real estate closing.
