This is a living estate liquidation auction in FATE, TEXAS. The auction begins to close at 6pm on Thursday, June 13, 2024. 1. You will receive a Square invoice via email. Please pay prior to pickup unless you plan to pay cash. 2. Pick up will be ONE DAY ONLY-Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9am to 2pm. All items are as is where is. No refunds. NOTE: Your credit card will NOT be charged at close of auction. YOU WILL RECIEVE A SQUARE INVOICE VIA EMAIL TO BE PAID PRIOR TO PICK UP. If your items are not picked up during designated pick up times (and you have not made prior arrangements), you FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS which will be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS HARD WORK AND WE INTEND TO GET PAID FOR IT. We will ship items, but please read the shipping information. Pickup times are not flexible.
