BEFORE YOU BID MAKE SURE YOU AGREE TO PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR WIRE TRANSFER. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO THE PICK UP DATE MAY 5th AFTER 1pm AT THE NEMO FAIRGROUNDS. Make sure you ask any questions on description about representation before you bid on a lot. REMINDER YOUR BID IS A BINDING CONTRACT TO HONOR YOUR BIDDING PRICE.
There is a 8% Buyer premium added to all Final winning bids. There is NO LONGER a credit card transaction fee. Wire Transfer fee of $20 applies. All Sales are Final. ALL WINNING BIDS MUST BE PAID FOR BY April 30th. NO EXCEPTION!
