NCDOT Residue Properties Round 1 | Live and Online Auctions on HiBid.com

NCDOT has once again enlisted Johnson Properties to assist in their Residue Property Auction 2024. This will be an online only auction! This first round will consist of all of division 2. These counties include Beaufort, Carteret, Craven and Pitt. This auction is subject to a 10 day upset bid that will come into play after initial bidding has ended. During the upset period each bid must be raised by a minimum of 5%.
