FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS PAYMENT / TAXES Q: I didn't receive my invoice. A: Invoices are e-mailed within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Please check your SPAM and PROMOTIONS folder and add help@sourceauctions.com to your contacts. Q: How do I pay? A: We charge the credit card on file within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Please make sure the credit card is up to date. We do not take credit cards by phone or e-mail. We pull all credit card data from HiBid to stay PCI compliant. Q: Do you take cash? A: Yes and sometimes there is a discount offered for cash payments. Please check "Auction Details -> Payment Information" to verify. You MUST notify us before the auction ends of your intent to pay cash. Once we charge your credit card we do not refund. Q: I am tax exempt, how do I avoid paying you tax?
