Mr. Perrin served at the Pentagon and in Vietnam during his 20 years of service. He was a passionate collector and expert on WWII German military collectibles. Mr. Perrin lived in Washington, D.C. and traveled to the Louisville, KY gun show for over 30 years. 18% buyers premium – 15% buyers premium if paid by cash or approved check at the auction. – No Sales Tax on this Auction – Shipping (if needed): Firearms will be shipped by Powell Auction via USPS flat rate shipping. Other items may be shipped by third party shipper – UPS store #2630 on Kingston Pike, here in Knoxville. We do not sell Firearms to CA or HI!! ALL Firearms must be picked up in person OR shipped to your local FFL dealer. Powell Auction does NOT accept C&R Licenses. We will not ship any firearm to a C&R!!! You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You must pass a background check to receive a firearm, from Powell Auction or your local FFL dealer. If you come to the auction and purchase a firearm: if you live in a touching state to TN (except VA), you may do your background check on Long Guns ONLY!!! Hand Guns must be shipped to your local FFL Dealer in your state. All other states will have to have Long Guns and Hand Guns shipped to your local FFL Dealer (VA you fall into this catagory). Powell Auction has not checked any firearm or ammunition, including flares, for functionality. These are WWII era firearms, ammunitions and flares. It is the buyers responsibility to have them checked by a qualified gunsmith prior to use. These are being sold as is, as WWII relics.
