Auction comes from clean smoke free home in Affton area. Vintage furniture, collectibles, Lionel trains, bar ware, swag lamp, peddle car, vintage decor and much more. **PLEASE NOTE: All items are sold as is and 99% have been used. Expect wear. We do not test items unless noted in the description. We do NOT issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. Do not assume items are in perfect condition. We cannot check every single item for wear and tear. If you have any questions regarding an item, you are welcome to contact us. We have one day pick up: 1-6 pm, September 5. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during these times. We are not holding items past pickup. Any items not picked up are forfeited with no refund. ***BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY PIECES! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING ALL ITEMS YOU WIN! *** ***YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THAT YOU HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY. WE WILL NOT HOLD, SHIP, OR DELIVER LEFT BEHIND ITEMS.**** Shipping is ONLY available on lots with this option stated in the description. Please email before auction ends for approval for shipping. We will ship through UPS or USPS upon approval. Shipping is paid for by the buyer and will not be shipped until shipping payment has been received. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, and usually within one hour. Please check your spam folder. We do not control how emails are received on your end, therefore, you are responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Any time you see "May Have Won" under an item, you have won that item so watch for the emailed invoice. Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. Please insure to check off each item on your invoice as you take them. Once pickup ends, anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested by the buyer onsite.
