We have a beautiful home in Belleville IL that features nice furniture, home decor, and tons of everyday household items. Our client is downsizing and we're auctioning everything that's left. Home is smoke free and very clean. We have items on the main level, garage, backyard, upstairs and in the basement. The basement does not have a walk out. Be sure to bring help to remove any large items and packing supplies for fragiles. We didn't box any lots. Everything is spread throughout the home so bring boxes and supplies. Internet only. Auction runs from Saturday June 17th through Friday June 23rd. The first lot goes off at 7 PM Friday night. Pick up is one day only - Satuday 6/24/23 from 10AM-2PM. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during this time. We are not holding items past pick up. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up are forfeited. The clean out takes place immediately after pick up. No shipping without Auctioneer approval. We only ship small non fragile items (ex-quilt). We are not shipping any glassware lots, art pieces or lots over 18". You must contact Heather for approval - Heathershayne@gmail.com. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees. Please note, all items are sold as is and most are used. Expect some wear. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We do not control how emails are received on your end, therefore you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "may have won" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout. Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited.
