If merchandise is not picked up it will be lost. Please bring your Paid in Full invoice for quicker pickup. We will NOT provide any help for loading or moving your merchandise, we will assist customers on where all lots are located. Be prepared and bring help. We do not know to ship unless we are emailed. We use Ship Safe Packing & Shipping for all packing, shipping, and mailing. Ship Safe Packing and Shipping will be picking up all shipping items and taking them back to their facility weekly. Ship Safe Packing & Shipping will correspond with all customers directly to see how to ship merchandise. They can not give quotes on the items prior to auction because they do not know the weights or dimensions until after packaging.
