Cardinal Selling Services aka "Cardinal" Auction Terms & Conditions * Ten percent (10%) Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. * This auction is set up with a one (1) minute soft close feature and a twenty (20) second stagger time between each lot. * If buyers can claim tax exempt status, they must submit a completed tax exempt form AND current registered retail merchant certificate prior to the auction start. If documentation is received by our staff after processing of the payment, a $10 refund fee may apply to cover time and expenses associated with the refund. * By registering for this auction, the buyer ("Bidder") acknowledges that he/she agrees with all terms and conditions posted for this auction including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions as well Cardinal Selling Services Terms and Conditions. Bidder's registration also affirms that: (1) the personal information Bidder provides is accurate, (2) Bidder is at least 18 years of age or older and is legally capable of entering into a legal contract, (3) the credit card information Bidder provides is accurate and current, and (4) Bidder will pay for any lot(s) Bidder wins in the auction within 2 days of auction ending. * Bidder agrees not to dispute or chargeback any purchase made on a credit card or through other payments services, or stop payment on any check or wire transfer. If the credit card is again declined, Bidder will be given three days (72 hours) to make payment arrangements or will be considered in default and the lot(s) Bidder won will be subject to being resold.
