Go south on 1025N for 2/10's of a mile. Turn east on Kingwood Dr. and go a ½ mile. No open house. Pam and Jerry are moving out of state and not all items in the house are selling. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Tuesday June 22nd 1pm-5:30pm AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
