JAD Construction No Reserve Closing Out Auction 102 West Market St. Shumway, IL 62461 Tuesday Feb 23rd 9am to 3pm and Sat Feb 27th 9am until 12Noon 10% buyer fee on all items capped @ 1,500 per item. Example if an item sells for $100.00 it would the final price is $110.00. If an item sells for $100,000.00 the final price is $101,500. because it is capped @ $1,500.00 THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 1:00 PM Tuesday March 2nd. An item will begin to close at 1:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Loading: Loading will be on Wednesday March 3rd 9am to 4pm and Thursday, March 4th 9am to 1pm. We will have a telehandler and forklift onsite to assist with loading.
