Dec 13th Online Consignment Auction Columbia City 7PM All items are sold AS IS. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or CHARGE BACKS. All items must be picked up during scheduled pick up time or items will be disposed of at Bell Tower Auction's discretion and you will NOT receive a refund. Preview Days are Tuesdays from 11 AM - 6 PM and Thursdays from 11 AM - 3 PM. Pick-up days are (Tuesday from 11 AM-6 PM ) OR (Thursday from 11-3 PM) immediately following the auction close date at 123 E. Van Buren St., Columbia City IN 46725. Buyer's Premium for all internet bidding is 15% Sales Tax Collected 7% Credit Card Fee for all internet bidding is 3% Chash Option at Columbia City Auction House Location Only- **If paying with Cash, you must pay on PICK UP TUESDAY between 2-6 PM (the immediate Tuesday following the auction close). If not picked up and paid for by 6:00 PM Tuesday, then in accordance with the Auctions's Terms and Conditions, your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount. A declined credit card will result in an additional $25.00 fee. Shipping available on most items at buyer's expense Your item(s) will be shipped on of two ways completely at Bell Tower Auction's discretion. (#1) If item(s) easily fits into a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Box (with little to no packing materials-meaning item(s) are not easily broken) then we can ship with a $12 handling/packing fee plus the shipping cost of box. This fee will be added to your credit card on file. (#2) If not, then your item(s) will be dropped off at Going Postal (local shipping service in Columbia City) and they will contact you with shipping details and payment. Going Postal (260.609.7718) ships using FedEx or UPS only. All shipping/handling/chargers and expenses are buyer's responsibility. ***Very Important-at the end of the auction please send shipping request email to include auction number and lot number to belltowerauctions@gmail.com. Please include item description and lot number in email. Bell Tower Auctions, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. NOTE- Any item won with an out of state address on invoice and not picked up or other arrangements haven't been made by 3:00 PM on the immediate Thursday following auction close, THEN items will be automatically shipped and your card will be charged. Please gives a few days to pack and ship your items OR drop off your items at Going Postal.
