The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. 1% buyer premium with no cap. Example: If a person purchases a tractor for $200,000.00, they will pay an extra $2000.00 for a total bill of $202,000.00. If a person pays with a credit or ATM card there is an additional 3.5% charge. If you pay with cash, check, wire transfer, chashier's check or money order there is no additional 3.5% charge.
