Buyer's Premium is 13% with a 3% discount when paying cash (invoice reflects the cash price-the additional 3% fee is added when card is processed). We are located at 1500 Enterprise Dive, Suite 212, Lemoore, CA. 93245. We currently are not offering shipping. We hope to offer shipping again soon and will update accordingly. Pick-ups are on Sunday from 3pm-6pm, Monday's and Tuesday's from 10am to 6pm. If items are not picked up by the close of business at 6pm on Tuesday, the card on file will be charged. If the card is declined, the items won will be forfeited and future bidding privileges will be blocked. Items that have been paid for and not picked up will be charged a storage fee of $25 per day for furniture and oversized items. These items will also be forfeited if not picked up by Tuesday at the close of the following auction if no arrangements have been made with Hidden Treasures Auction House. **Delivery is available for an additional charge-Call for rates**
